Suggested Use

After your normal brushing and flossing routine, swish 1 teaspoon (approximately 5 mL) in the mouth for 1–3 minutes, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Spit out oil after use. For best results, do not rinse immediately to allow longer contact with teeth and gums.

Shake well before use.
Do not swallow.
